Export Advise and Financial Assistance to Export Assistance

The USDA’s State Regional Trade Groups offer expert advice on exporting and provide financial assistance through the MAP Funding Program. By exhibiting in the USA Pavilions you may qualify to receive up to 50% cost reimbursement for your exhibit space, travel costs and marketing efforts. Freight Forwarding

As part of our pavilion package, you are eligible to receive a free one-way shipping allotment, when you ship with our official freight forwarder (does not include handling fees). Our partner offers consolidated rates and will ensure that the proper shipping documents are submitted and that your products are delivered to your booth.

VAT Tax

As of Jan. 1, 2011, under the new “VAT reciprocity” agreement between Germany and the USA, Koelnmesse Inc. is no longer required to charge the 19% VAT tax when billing booth packages to US Pavilion companies with US addresses. However, the VAT tax may still apply when billing to other countries and for other services such as hotels or visitor tickets.

To enhance the visibility of US companies at Anuga, all USA Pavilion participants will be featured in the Anuga USA Pavilion Directory which will be distributed onsite.
